This policy explains what information Choudhary Jewels ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you send us an appointment request from our form, we receive what you choose to include, which may include your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred location and appointment type, preferred dates and times, the type of piece you're interested in, occasion and deadline, budget range, metal and stone preferences, ring size, an inspiration link, a description of your vision, how you heard about us, and your consent choices.
If you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, or by direct message on Instagram or Facebook, we receive the information you include in that message.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate with you about your piece.
- To prepare designs and estimates you ask for.
- To keep basic records of our client communications and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
How requests reach us. Our booking form does not store or send your information through this website. When you submit it, your own device opens a text message, WhatsApp message or email addressed to our office, filled in with your answers. Your request is sent only when you press Send, and it travels through your phone carrier, WhatsApp (a Meta service) or your email provider under their own privacy policies.
We may also use providers for email, web hosting and messaging (for example, WhatsApp) to operate our business.
Instagram embeds and cookies
Our home page shows videos embedded from Instagram, a service of Meta. When these load, Instagram may set cookies or collect information about your visit under Meta's own privacy policy. Our site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Text and WhatsApp messages
If you ask us to contact you by text or WhatsApp, we will use your number only to communicate about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Retention
We keep appointment requests and related communications for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including under California and Illinois law, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, contact us below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
